All purchases made at GlitterOutlet.com are returnable within 30 days of receipt. YOU MUST GET AN RMA number BEFORE returning the item by emailing [email protected]. If you return your item without an RMA number it will not be accepted. Items must be returned in the condition they were received including all packaging and tags that may be found on them. There is a 15% restocking fee for all returned items unless you received an item other than the one you ordered. Buyers are responsible for return shipping and handling.
